公共住宅具體理念是希望讓人民有安定感，平衡世代的差異、落實居住正義。經由臺北市興建的公共住宅融合建築美學、公共藝術、通用設計、社區營造理念，整體提升居住環境品質。在外觀設計上以量體退縮及規則錯層露臺並搭配景觀綠化方式化解路衝對建築物之衝擊，在量體上做逐層退縮，降低對道路之壓迫感，上方做為植栽與建物基座平台降低高樓風、微氣候對活動之影響。在內部之規劃上，採用民間好宅設計理念，提升選材及設備等級，內裝採用精緻裝修，注入公宅豪宅化新觀念。
