以環境山景及美麗華購物中心摩天輪之特殊景觀為設計發想，以融合天圓地方的設計概念而呈現了外圓內方的造型戶戶將景觀盡收眼底和建築物外觀融合一體，以人性化、綠建築及智慧建築之設計概念創造與地景充份結合之建築空間。
The design for this project takes in the special scenery nearby which offers mountain vistas and the gigantic Ferris wheel overlooking the Miramar Shopping Mall. The overall design of the complex utilizes the classic Chinese concept that heaven is round and the earth is square, and every residence enjoys an unimpeded panoramic view of the landscape. This is a very human oriented, green and intelligent design that fully integrates the landscape with the architectural space.
