以前衛Twins Tower雙塔式建築，以基座旋轉45度之軸線呼應街廓轉角並做為住宅之主入口，採綠建築生態住宅為設計主軸。以玻璃帷幕、金屬隔柵現代科技材質，呈現白、灰、棕色跳躍自然生命，與環境共生將公園納入建築的戶外庭園，以立體綠化建築為新北市第一森態建築豪宅。
Guan-feng takes the avant-garde concept of the Twin Towers and rotates each base 45 degrees on its axis in response to the angular street next door, making these green buildings the main focus of the residential complex. The glass curtain walls and metal grilles of the exterior typify the modern technology behind the building materials here, offering splashes of natural tones in white, gray and brown. The overall feeling is that of a lush garden surrounding tall buildings, rising as a symbol of luxury residences in a green environment here in New Taipei City.
