利用量體漸層退縮，以抽象化水波傳達立面，曲線設計突破一般直線僵化的建築，呼應萬華豐富的水岸、人文景觀。從傳統歷史街屋元素演變轉型為建築基座元素，以整體設計呈現的表參道之丘商業店街，創建具有歷史且現代之建築意象，並讓貴陽街之台北第一街之風華再現。

These residences use a massive bloc that is gradually set back as it rises and presents an abstract wave and curve layout that breaks away from the rigid straight line construction found in most structures of this type. The lines echo the waterfront in Wanhua’s rich cultural landscape. Elements seen in the traditional historic streets and houses in the area set the basic tone in the base elements of these buildings. The overall design reflects the sinuous roads and commercial shops of Wanhua to create an image that is at once historic and modern, adding to the elegance of Gueiyang Street, Taipei’s premier street in earlier times.
