本案地點位中心商業區，與日本東京銀座類似，故以品牌概念形象時尚品牌圖騰之建築造型語彙轉化打造精品豪宅為設計發想，取純淨輕盈的白色背景融入金屬、石材、光帶組成氣派華貴的視覺意象，以精品編織風格及奓華元素成為市中心區之精品豪宅的形象識別，並充份利用空間將社區之公共活動空間立體化配置。
This project is located in the central business district of the city in an area similar to the Ginza district of Tokyo, Thus it takes the vocabulary of brand concepts and stylish images and translates it into exquisite ideas in fine design. Clean, bright elements of metal, stone and light are woven into elegant shapes and forms that inject a feeling of true luxury into the downtown cityscape. The layout adopts a three-dimensional approach to planning that makes the best use of the available space for public functions and activities.
