以綠建築生態住宅為設計發想並充份結合海岸景觀，延續街道空間與活動塑造基隆港都意象，設置多層次綠帶，營造生態綠住宅與商業空間，藉由設立麵粉博物館呼應當地人文歷史特色為主，以呈現具六本木兼具時尚、藝術、人文之商業店街。

This project places a very green, ecologically oriented residential building in a setting with expansive views of the seacoast. The outstretched streets and ever-changing scenery of Keelung and its harbor sit in a multi-level surrounding of vegetation that creates a lush green space for the residences and shops located here. The quaint Flour Museum nearby tells of the culture and history found in the streets here, recalling the fashions, arts and cultural highlights of Rapping in Tokyo in its rows of small shops.
