跨國際建築團隊合作，打破矩形之傳統建築量體設計型式，以馬蹄形之量體型塑中庭商店街，並創造獨特建築量體與戶外空間，並以電腦模擬分析當地日照及風向，提供綠建築之居住環境，採人性化設計融入當地文化與生活型態的特質，並以越南傳統之物件形狀轉化為空間元素，創造跳脫傳統與現代和諧並存的新建築。
This project is a product of international architectural teamwork that abandons the traditional rectangle shape in construction and instead adapts the idea of a horseshoe-shaped line of shops surrounding a central atrium. This yields a unique arrangement of buildings and outside space which is refined by computer studies of sunshine and wind patterns to yield the optimum balance for a green living environment. The design also takes the human factor in account along with local cultural considerations and lifestyles. The result is a strong feeling of Vietnamese tradition harmoniously blended with modern elements and construction methods in a very new style building.
