以跳脫傳統方正BOX手法，以「水、天、藝」概念設計Water Sculpture，以量體呈對稱45度座軸無限延伸上部建築平面軸線與街道軸線交錯45度形成景觀軸與都市軸之雙軸線平面，戶戶270度山河景觀，人性化居家設計生活態度，面三向光合河岸水晶建築，躍升為新北市的地標象徵。

This development avoids the traditional ‘boxy’ approach to design by the liberal use of elements incorporating water, sky and art in its water sculptures, together with a staggered symmetry in the 45-degree twist between the planes of the upper structure and the street. This gives every household a 270-degree view of a landscape filled with mountains and rivers in a people-friendly environment. Gleaming crystal buildings provide stunning views on three sides in this riverside setting that is already a landmark in New Taipei City.
