整體建築延伸新古典 ARTDECO主義，並以帝王之服飾元素及宛如中古世紀的宮廷圖騰為型式轉化元素，並以金色冠冕做為家徽象徵榮耀與權力，塑造社區尊貴意象，另以凡爾賽宮的幾何花壇、阿波羅噴泉與雕塑，增添生活藝術的涵養與尊榮象徵。
The overall theme in this project is neo-classical design that is infused with touches of art deco that lighten the overall effect. Elements like strands of imperial garb flow through scenes reminiscent of a medieval court totem, featuring symbols such as a golden crown representing the glory and power of a royal family. It all adds to the distinguished image of the residences in the community, with geometrical Versailles-style flower beds and a fountain and statue of Apollo that add even more to the grandeur and style of the development.
